- Orders are processed from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
- Purchases made during weekends or holidays begin processing on the next business day.

- Customers receive an email notification once the order has been packed and shipped.
2. Estimated Delivery Time
- Domestic Delivery Where Available: Usually arrives within 5-7 business days after shipment.
- International Delivery: Commonly takes 14-21 business days depending on the destination, courier network, and customs clearance process.
Delivery estimates are provided as general guidance and may change due to customs checks, courier delays, local holidays, weather disruptions, or other circumstances outside our control. Once your order is dispatched, tracking information will provide the most current delivery updates.
3. Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the delivery address, package weight, order details, and selected shipping option.

- For lost or stolen parcels, customers may be required to open a claim directly with the courier.
